The hotel is situated less than a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Citta' Bassa is yards away and Citta' Alta easily reached by bus or funicular. Friendly staff at reception and the foyer is fairly impressive. I had a single room on the forth floor. It was well equipped, decent bathroom and tea/coffee , which you seldom get in an hotel room in Italy. I asked for some extra milk and staff duly obliged. Great choice for breakfast ( continental buffet style ), check-out was easy and the bus stop for the airport is only 50 yds away ! Overall, a very nice experience.

Great location of the hotel - 100m from the city center, 600m from the train station, 2min walk from the Bus station, 10 minutes walk from the pendolin to old Bergamo. It was very good choice of Hotel. Breakfast was varied and I highlight the cleanliness of the hotel, beautiful rooms, view and great coffee at breakfast.

Standard breakfast. Not wow, but can find that to eat. If want something special are more places for amazing breakfast near hotel location. Location for us who like more walking was exceptional, around more shops, restaurants, bus stop. Room was nice, made in new style. No boring old interior.

Great location near train station and the old city. Very pleasant hotel, spacious room with very comfortable bed and seating area (we were kindly given an upgrade). Great choices of warm and cold and sweet and savoury breakfasts. Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location to explore Bergamo. Friendly and helpful staff. We managed to check in 2 hours early and received a free upgrade to a deluxe room.
